Farewell

After many meaningful years, Pastaria will be closing its doors as of December 31st, 2025.

This decision was not made lightly. Pastaria has been a constant in our lives and in this community, and saying goodbye is deeply emotional for all of us.

To our guests: thank you. Thank you for showing up week after week, for celebrating birthdays and anniversaries, for introducing us to your children and later watching those children grow up around our tables. You allowed Pastaria to become part of your routines and your memories, and that is something we will always carry with us.

To our staff, past and present: you are the heart of Pastaria. Your care, consistency, and hospitality are what made this restaurant feel warm, welcoming, and alive. You created a place where people felt comfortable lingering, laughing, and gathering. We are profoundly grateful for the talent, dedication, and humanity you brought to this space every day.

Pastaria was never just about food. It was about connection, comfort, and community. We are proud of what was built here and honored by the role it played in so many lives.

Thank you for being part of our story. We will miss this chapter deeply.
